TCC Help Window Size/Position Not Remembered

After I open the help screen, resize it, and close it, the next time I open it, it opens in the old configuration. The new position is not remembered. Am I forgetting to do something or doing something wrong? I was not having this problem with version 32.

Is your Windows Registry write access blocked?

I have not changed any of the Windows settings. In version 32, the position of the help window was saved.

I just opened a TCC32 session. The F1 key opens the version-32 help, and the window size and position is remembered. So this is some specific to version 33 on my computer.

I had been invoking help inside TCMD. I just tried it in a detached TCC33 window, and the help always opens in its original position, even after I changed it.

After a lot of back & forth with the eViewer developers, they were able to reproduce this on one of their systems. As soon as they provide a fix I will upload a new v33 build to the website.

It is now working! What a relief. I was getting tired of constantly repositioning and resizing the window.

It seems to be working now here as well. It was frustrating to always have to resize the help when it was opened.
