tcc option keyboard tab new short key captures focus

Going to the keyboard tab under tcc options and tabbing to the new shortcut key box captures focus and I am unable to tab or shift-tab out of that box. I realize that this is a box to capture key strokes, but could tab and shift-tab be allowed to still change focus?

Well, no, because tab & shift-tab are valid remappable keystrokes. This is not new behavior.

You will need to suggest an "escape from the edit control" keystroke that nobody will ever try to use as a shortcut key. Good luck with that ...

What about control by itself to go forward and shift by itself to go back. Since they are just modifiers they wouldn't conflict and you would do it on the up not the down so press and release control with no other keys would go back for example.
