TCC reading TCMD.INI causing "Invalid item name" warnings and pauses

When I load an old TCC/LE (I'm also using TCMD14), it issues messages like:

Error on line 72 of C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application D
ata\JPSoft\TCMD.INI:
Invalid item name "WebHelp"
Press any key when ready...
Error on line 80 of C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application D
ata\JPSoft\TCMD.INI:
Invalid item name "CompletePercents"
Press any key when ready...
Error on line 84 of C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application D
ata\JPSoft\TCMD.INI:
Invalid item name "DirHistoryOnEntry"
Press any key when ready...
My old scheduled BTMs were working without user interaction.

Why does TCC parse TCMD.INI?

Why does "Invalid Item" warnings cause a pause?

Other than upgrading my TCC/LE, is there anything that can be done?

After some (more) research, I discovered the work-around/solution is to use a TCMD.INI in the old TCC startup directory.

In HELP -> TCC -> Startup Options you find the syntax required to specify a non-default .INI file. For a TCC or TCC/LE tab in TCMD that is opened automatically when TCMD starts the command must be installed in the .INI file used by TCMD itself. See Help -> Take Command ->Configuration Options ->Take Command Configuration Dialog ->Tabs
