As the help file mention it is possible to use registration key in

TakeCommand11.key to use Take Command on a USB drive.

but after starting tcmd on an other PC it complains about registration.

I found solution to register IsLicense40.dll (with regsvr32). But this is odd.

Is there a better solution to use TakeCommand on a USB, as to register this file on every PC?

No.

But TCC should automatically register IsLicense40.dll at startup if it hasn't been registered previously.
