TCC_RT_21\tcc.exe runs tcstart

Just installed the run time version and launched a .btm file. Noticed it ran the tcstart.btm first. No .ini file to edit to set the default directory or something.

Yes, TCC-RT will run tcstart. (A lot of people put aliases and user functions in their tcstart.)

Is that a problem for you?

It'll run TCSTART from whatever part is specified in the INI file. Perhaps you made the same mistake I make every new version ... namely, copying the previous INI file and forgetting to change the TCStartPath.

TCC-RT doesn't look for tcstart in the tcmd21 folder. It searches for it in this order:

1) The TCStartPath directive in your .INI file
2) The %COMSPEC directory
3) The root directory of the boot drive
