tccle doesn't work under Windows 8 PE

TCC LE 13.05.69 x64 doesn't work under Windows 8 PE x64.

I don't believe it's specified for that environment. But, for whatever it's worth, I have used TCC/LE in Win7 PE. Some features don't work, most obviously the help system (which requires Internet Explorer.) But basic file-management works fine.

It would require a major rewrite (and eliminating a lot of features & commands) -- too many of the Windows APIs are missing in PE.

Thus far there has been zero demand for PE support.
