I presume you're referring to the Scintilla control in IDE or TCEDIT.

The lexers in Scintilla work on a line-by-line base.

Disabling coloring on subsequent lines & reenabling it later isn't feasible without changes in Scintilla.
Instead of disabling it, how about showing the comment/text in the same color as the keywords themselves. I presume you could put COMMENT, ENDCOMMENT, TEXT, and ENDTEXT into another class of keywords with it's own color.

Still no - that's not the way lexers work in Scintilla. They're line based, not block / paragraph.
