When I installed build 12, the installer was unable to stop the prior (build 10) tchelp.exe and I had to kill it manually using task manager. In task manager, tchelp.exe is shown as 32-bit, though TCMD is installed on a 64-bit system.

    Code:
    TCC 20.00.12 x64 Windows 10 [Version 6.3.10586]
    TCC Build 12 Windows 10 Build 10586

TCHELP.EXE is not stopped by the installer.

    And it's a 32-bit app, regardless of whether you're running a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows.

I had closed the help window long before and had already exited TCMD before starting the install. Neither of those shut it down nor was any window visible to do it through a UI. The next obvious answer was killing it. Hopefully, that is not WAD.
