TCMD 16 Install - download folder

Small issue:
Installing version (something prior to TCC 16.00.24)
Installer have found new version.
It was downloaded to c:\users\[myName]\Downloads,
but my download folder is redefined within ShellFolders {374DE290-123F-4565-9164-39C4925E467B} to something else.

I can't verify that that's where the download goes, but if that's so, it would seem that, on Vista and later, updater.exe should use SHGetKnownFolderPath() with (REFKNOWNFOLDERID) FOLDERID_Downloads (the ID you mentioned). If you're right, updater.exe doesn't do that.

I do not have the source to updater.exe, and cannot change its behavior.
