You could, if you could convince Microsoft to change their API to allow a longer string.
Huh? Window text can certainly be longer than the 34 characters I see. And GetConsoleTitle/GetWindowText can return more that.

The text on the TCMD caption bar is coming from the tab title, not from the console title.
