TCMD dies in shgina.dll

Just this morning my office system started to crash in TCMD. TCC still runs OK. While I was logging in I thought I saw a window from the system management group, which would be some type of push.

AppName: tcmd.exe AppVer: 9.0.2.154 ModName: shgina.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.2180 Offset: 0000981e

I saved the rest of the diagnostics to a file, attached.

Rebooting the system did not clear the problem.

Any suggestions?

TCMD doesn't load or access shgina.dll. You've probably got something
else injecting itself (& shgina) into TCMD's address space.
