TCMD: sometimes I have to click in window first for scrolling

TCMD: sometimes I have to click in window first for scrolling, else it doesn't scroll..

Note: TCMD has focus already. Nevertheless I have sometimes to click in the window first to scroll with mouse wheel ...

There are a number of windows in TCMD that can have the focus. You won't be able to scroll with the mouse wheel unless the focus is in the tab window.

This is not something that TCMD has control over. Windows sends the wheel messages to the window with the focus. It's not anything TCMD can "fix", unless you want TCMD to switch focus automatically to the tab (which would me you won't be able to use the menu, the ribbon, the quick access buttons, the tabbed toolbar, configuration dialogs, etc.).
