Terminology change

Long ago file exclusion was based only on file names, so the term "exclusion range" was unique. However, for the last few version of TCMD, it has been possible to exclude date and size ranges, so I propose the term "filename exclusion range" for exclusion by name, and to use the term "exclusion range" generically, to mean exclusion by any file property. This would make it easier to dedicate a section of the topic to the syntax for excluding by range.

Or just "filename exclusion"; a set of wildspecs isn't really a range, though it might contain one or more ranges of characters.

That's backwards -- the file exclusion is the recent addition, not date/size
range exclusions. And date/size exclusions have a different syntax (/!...
vs. /[!...). There is no generic "exclusion" type.
