TIME /S not working

Well, more correctly, the default time server used by TIME /S has not been
responding since at least last evening. If I issue the command, there's a
one minute pause and then the message, TCC: Timeout. "" is displayed. Are
other people seeing this? Can someone suggest a different time server to
try? I am located in Connecticut.

I see the same thing, using the default setting. Changed it to time-b.nist.gov and that works fine for me.

Here's a list of NIST's time servers: http://tf.nist.gov/tf-cgi/servers.cgi

Thanks. I feel a lot better knowing it's not just me!
