Hello -- this is a 2 part question .... "copy" with the "/u" option uses the modified time of like name files?

2) -- it is the value of @fileage[] -- the 64bit timestamp(s) for files on a NTFS filesystem?

2. Yes, if both filesystems are NTFS. Otherwise, it falls back to a 2 second resolution.
