Hello -- If not specified which date/time to use (acw) will the touch command update all 3 timestamps when using a reference file (/r option)?

If you don't specify which stamp to use, the default is W -- the last-write time. I'm pretty sure that's true, not just for TOUCH, but everywhere that TCC reads or sets a date or time stamp, including DIR's output and in ranges.

It defaults to W for every internal command that reads or sets time stamps.
