Uninstalling TCC-RT, install folder deleted?

I had an old TCC-RT (v28) installed in d:\tcc-rt. My plan was to uninstall it and install v34 in the same place. I expected d:\tcc-rt to be left in place, containing at least INI files and a link to my plugin directory. The installation directory was deleted! Is that expected?

Cannot reproduce that here (though my oldest TCC-RT installed was v31). The Windows Uninstaller removed the TCC-RT files but left everything else (.INI, .swidtag, etc.).

That's the behavior I expected.

Also (I mentioned this elsewhere) the TCC-RT distribution EXE has the wrong icon.
