unzip fails to find valid license

    I tried uninstalling and installing. No effect.

    I guess there will be an updated installer soon, but if you need it in the short term, there is a workaround.

    The zip library developers sent me a fix for a problem with non-English characters in the zip'd filenames, but the fix broke the license check code. I just posted a fix for the fix.
