How to? Upgrade Process Questions

Hi guys. I've got a pile of keys for various versions and would like to upgrade.

18: 5 systems
20: 3 systems
21: 3 systems
27: 4 systems
28: 4 systems

As you can see, it's been a long time and I've forgotten the procedure.

Is there a separate upgrade page where I can just upgrade an existing key?

When I go to the Buy page, I am asked to enter the number of systems I want. If I enter "4" will I receive exactly 4 or is that on top of my existing keys, resulting in 8 for a v28->v35 upgrade? I'm assuming 4 but I figured I'd check here first.

Also, can I upgrade from 4 systems to 5 with the upgrade pricing?

Finally, the extended support price - is that per system for multi-system? If I got 1 support for a 5-system key, what happens to the remaining 4? All I want is major upgrade protection.

When you upgrade, you will receive a key for the specified number of licenses. It does not add / subtract depending on your previous license count.

Yes, you can upgrade from 4 systems to 5 with the upgrade pricing.

Extended support is per-system. If you order 5 upgrades and 1 Extended Support, when we release a major upgrade you will get a license for one system.
