I have a dual monitor system 23 and a 22; I was trying to use
START /Monitor=2
to start thing up on my second monitor but it would always start on monitor 1. The note with START /Monitor says "This will only work with apps that do not try to position their window at startup" which is kind of everything. I started using /POS to do what /Monitor couldn't. Like most I have my monitors setup as extended so the second monitor is an extension to the right of the first. That means if you put a value 1 greater than your horizontal dimension of your first screen you on your second monitor.
