It sounds like you do not have BTM files associated with TCCLE. The full installer should set that up for you. Since you are using IExpress instead, you will need to perform the associations yourself. Your full install should have a file named tccbatch.btm. Look it over to see how it works.
This whole thread started with you using BTM2EXE. IExpress.exe is part of Windows and allows you to package up files and install them elsewhere. The idea behind BTM2EXE is that you could create a BTM script, then package it together with TCC/LE or TCC/RT and have the script automatically execute when the package is run. BTM2EXE creates a text file (btm2exe.sed) that is passed to IExpress to create the package.
If you have extracted the files as described, do the following:
- delete the folder 32-bit
- delete both .MSI files (*.msi)
- delete updater.exe
- delete all the language files (Spanish.dll, etc) you don't need
- in this folder, create TEST.BTM with contents:
echo Hello world
- Start CMD.exe
- CD to the folder where all the files are located
- execute command:
(it should say Hello world)
- Put BTM2EXE.BTM in this folder, too
- Still in CMD, execute this command:
tcc.exe BTM2EXE.BTM TEST.BTM
Now you have a folder DONE, with in it BTM2EXE.SED and TEST.EXE
Finalement, j'ai réussi, si un utilisateurs souhaite ouvrir l'exe, il n'aura accès qu'à des fichiers illisible grâce à un peu de code et de bidouille...
Merci à tous pour votre aide et votre patience avec moi.
