Done v10: PDIR sort on any field

It would be useful to be able to include any of the fields being
displayed in the sort criteria for PDIR. As a suggestion, use 1-9 to
sort by fields 1-9.

So, for example, to sort a file listing by extension then number of lines:

/PDIR /Oe2 /(15f 5@lines[*])

Sounds very useful, esp. if the sorting is done over ALL lines of the file
listing. My suggestion requires that all the lines be gathered into a single
table or into a virtual or real file before sorting is started. Maybe V10
could finally incorporate such a feature, which I requested many years ago.
IMHO the subsorting of entries within each directory independently is not
really useful in most situations where multiple directories are searched.
