I get the following error when trying to run tcc.exe..

"The program can't start because ipworks8.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

..and the window closes when I click OK.

    computer.

Are you talking about TCC or TCC/LE?

Is ipworks8.dll in your Take Command installation directory?

Sorry, TCC/LE. No ipworks8.dll gets installed, just like in previous releases of TCC/LE.

TCC/LE shouldn't be using ipworks8.dll. Not sure why it's wanting it now,
but I've uploaded a replacement build to the ftp beta area that includes it
    for now.

Is TCC LE 12.10.54 a beta version?

It is the version available at the download page even though it claims the current version is 12.0 Build 44. I installed but I it I get the same error mentioned above when I run it.

The version available at the beta FTP site does run.

Yeah, it's a beta. Here's the post about it:

    http://jpsoft.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2668

That's weird the "official" download is actually the beta, and the broken one at that! The link for TCC/LE in the above post is the one he fixed by adding ipworks8.dll.
