I understand that the format changed with the introduction of new features. Could you provide some guidance please as to how the users can quickly convert to the new layout?

I assume you meant "TCTOOLBAR" (there isn't any "TOOLBAR" command).

I can't reproduce that here -- can you post the contents of your TCTOOLBAR.INI file? Or email it to [email protected].
