vBulletin

    Within vBulletin; is there an option that allows User's to "opt out" seeing
    the thread located/unsubscribe/reply notices at the bottom of msg.

    My Reasons: Downgrading internet plan; Low cost option with full speed
    charged by KB usage.

    In fact it is a waste for most of us, I'd prefer an "opt-in" to get it. Of
    course, this refers only to those of us who receive the NG postings by
    email.

    It would also benefit us, esp. new users, to be able to request that old
    messages be emailed.

    I'd recommend not using the web option instead of the email option, so
    you'll only pay for the messages you want to see.
