Version-specific icons

JPsoft icons of the past were version-specific. TCC icons for V9 and V10 are
identical. I hope this will be changed when V10 is released, so that when
task switching (e.g. using alt-tab) with both a V9 and a V10 instance of TCC
available the choice would be clear.

In the past, some were version-specific and some were not.

V10 will not have a different icon.
