View doesn't recognize Ctrl+End and Ctrl+Pos1

Typically editors use Ctrl+Pos1/End to jump to the start and end of a document.
View.exe doesn't. But it is just nice because I am just "used to" such hotkeys.

Why not just change the key mappings to do what you want? Go to Tools | Customize Keyboard.
