Documentation WebHelp lands at version 26

Now that we have a new help-system, will the WebHelp directive be removed?

If WebHelp is YES both <F1> and "HELP" still open version 26, although I'm on 28.

Not reproducible here. I flushed the server & CloudFlare cache just in case; flush your browser cache and try again.

Ever since this thread started, it was taking me to some sort of v26 home page with very little in the way of navigation capabilities. I just pressed Firefox's reload button and it went to the v28 help. And it continues to work.
