    This stuff is at the bottom of the forum home page. What is it all about?

    It's at the bottom of all the forum pages (and has been for over a year). It shows the search terms people used to arrive at that page. It's for SEO.

    What's SEO and what's all the stuff about resync'ing?

    SEO = Search Engine Optimization. The field is there for Google's benefit, not yours. As I said, the terms displayed are the most commonly used search terms that people used to find the page.
