What's new in Build 51?

Is there a Changelog or WHATSNEW.TXT file or some listing of changes for the latest version of TCC available? I would like to be able to see what has happened before I download. Even after I download, I cannot find such a listing.

The Updater shows the changes for each version; there isn't a separate listing other than what's posted in the forum when a new build is released.

The only change in 51 was:

21.01.51 ALIAS / SET - fix for problem with /R and quoted filename

Nevertheless, I'd appreaciate a way to look at that file from the web (or be able to download it).
