Why iexplore get launched right..

Why iexplore and other default browser get launched right off when I type iexplore and/or default browser name without having path env. var pointing to their installation dir., if these are typed in cmd.exe console they won't get launched at all !

TCC checks an "App Paths" key in the registry. CMD does not.

I don't think it can be changed. I find it very useful. Why do you want to change it?

Currently TCC behaves like Explorer (which also uses App Paths), because we had many requests for it. Until now, nobody's ever requested that it *not* do that -- do you have a particular need for that behavior?
