Win10 woes.

When I try to start TCMD (new installation, INI from old machine) I get two of these message boxes in succession. When I dismiss the second, TCC stays in the condition pictured. It seems to be a bad path to TCC.EXE but the message seems cryptic and the results are pretty drastic.

The message may be cryptic, but the result is no surprise since TCMD is configured to stay open with no tabs.

Could be a hundred different places. Most likely is CreateProcess.
