Not sure if this can already be easily done. This would be a utility for development.
Run the utility and it will open a TCC window. The user can reposition and resize the window. The utility will show the coordinates, size, etc., so the user doesn't have to enter coordinates, try, change coordinates, try again, etc.
Also possibly have it that the user can have sample text show in the window, to make sure the text will fit.
Optionally have it that the user can specify a source file for sample text so multi-line text (e.g., an instruction set) can be easily displayed when adjusting.
