Done Window Transparency slider tooltip could include the current setting

Instead of "Window Transparency", how about "Transparency: 240" ?

(OT rant: It's kinda weird that higher values for transparency mean "more opaque", and lower values mean "more transparent"....)

It's because the API actually calls it "opacity" not "transparency". The higher value represents higher opacity.
