XenForo issue

I had left home with several "New Posts" listed threads which I had not time to view. On arriving home I wanted to get a more up to date listing. Alas, only the threads newer than the previous display showed. I needed to search in "recent threads" to see what I missed. Is there a better way?

There is no official channel for JP Software customers to communicate to XenForo about its issues.
