Trying to do something similar to what Steve did in his post, I found that the help and command line help for
tpipe /insert=position,type,string
needs to be changed to
tpipe /insert=type,position,string

Another... in Troubleshooting > Error Messages, there are several lines where the bold error message at the beginning of the line start with an initial red, non-bold character.
Take Command Help v.14.0 said:
Access denied
Bad disk unit
Can't COPY or MOVE file to itself
etc...
... ahh... looks like they're the ones you're using for the alphabetical links.
