Purpose:Change the window title

 

Format:TITLE [/P] title

 

/P(rompt characters)

 

title        The new window title.

Usage:

 

TITLE changes the text that appears in the caption bar at the top of the TCC-RT window. You can also change the window title with the WINDOW command or the ACTIVATE command.

 

The title text should not be enclosed in quotes unless you want the quotes to appear as part of the actual title.

 

If you do not specify a new title, TITLE will display the existing console title.

 

Example:

 

To change the title of the current window to "Title Test":

 

title Title Test
