Bad CPU value in status bar

    Sometimes Take Command says my CPU utilization is "42949". See the attachment.

    TCC 11.00.48 x64 Windows 7 [Version 6.1.7600]
    TCC Build 48 Windows 7 Build 7600

    Take Command retrieves that value from Windows, so either you've found a
    previously unknown Windows bug or you need to reboot! :)

    I just rebooted (twice). Still doing it.

    Windows Task Manager doesn't do it. The values Task Manager shows are somewhat different from the values that TC shows. E.g., Task Manager shows 0% while TC is bouncing between 1% and 2%.
