TakeCommand.pdf infected?

Trying to download the help file TakeCommand.pdf. Avast is blocking the download complaining about a virus in the file.
Does anyone know if the file is really infected?

Windows defender did not say anything about it on my system.

Mind you, I copy /b the .pdf from the website to my system.

Regardless, Windows Defender would have warned upon opening the .pdf if there were problems.

On Virustotal: 2 security vendors and no sandboxes flagged this file as malicious.

So, it seems it could be because the external links in the PDF.

However: it really seems that PDF is not infected with malware.
