Fresh install of Windows 8 Pro x64 with all updates. Fresh install of TCMD 14.03.53. No INI files, no tcstart or tcexit files. Can't start either TCMD or TCC. All I get is "TCC has stopped working" dialog. Here are problem details from that dialog:
