I have encountered a recurring problem when zipping large files using the internal zip command. The zip is created, a zip /test reports okay and the file can be unzipped (using unzip) but the internal structure of the zip is buggy causing other programs to throw errors. For example...

TCC won't run telnet on 64-bit Windows 7 RC1 I need to run the command line telnet client in TCC under Windows 7. I installed the option and it runs fine under cmd. However, TCC says TCC: Unknown command "telnet". Under cmd I can see telnet.exe in c:\windows\system32. It's just not there...
