I do not know what you're referring to. Can you provide some more details?

The icon you press to add an image to the discussion in the top of the edit box, 9th from the left.

The button worked for me.
For this one (below), I clicked "(Or click here)" and then double clicked an image file in the Explorer window that opened.
And for this one (below), I dragged an image file from an Explorer window into the "Drop image" box.
I never pressed that button before. I'm always wanting snips of a console, TCMD, or WT. I use snip&sketch or the snipping tool (I don't know which it is) and just paste (Ctrl-V) from the clipboard into the forum's composer.
If, for you, the button does absolutely nothing I must ask what browser are you using. I use Firefox.

Used to work for me just 2 days ago but I was using Window's too. I'm using Android and I guessing you are on Window's?
