The toolbar for all the panes in the bottom of the debugger shows a tooltip of "Reset". The help for all the panes refers to that button as "Apply". Apply seems like the more appropriate text for the tooltip.
Likewise the toolbar for all panes has the first button labeled "New". The help for all the panes does refer to the button as "New", but the text explains its functionality as "Restore the original values for the...". It would seem to me that "Restore" or something like that would be a more descriptive tooltip than "New".
