Browser shortcut causes Take Command task bar icon to flash

With Take Command running, if I click a Firefox shortcut on my desktop, the Take Command icon in the task bar starts flashing. Doesn't happen every time, but it happens most of the time. Seems most reliable if the shortcut opens a particular webpage rather than just starting Firefox. Same thing happens with a Chrome shortcut. I can reproduce on two computers.

Not reproducible here.

TCMD isn't hooking any Windows APIs or monitoring processes or shortcuts. So whatever's happening is being done in Windows, not TCMD.

Is this happening in ConPTY tabs or the old-style hidden console tabs?

I can reproduce on three computers when using ConPTY tabs. Doesn't happen 100% of the time, but happens almost always. Also happens if I start Splashtop (remote desktop app) from its shortcut. I removed TCMD.ini. Still happens. Does not happen with old-style hidden console tabs.

I just also reproduced on my wife's laptop. She also has Windows 11 and is using ConPTY tabs in Take Command, but she sets up Windows and Take Command her own way.

Only happens with shortcuts on the desktop. Does not happen when clicking an item in the Start menu or a shortcut in File Explorer.

Also usually happens with the Outlook Classic desktop shortcut.
