As in previous cases I reported: Window 11 Pro Spanish, a Spanish keyboard, the latest release of TCMD (36.00.51), using ConPTY sessions.
After typing ^ (a dead key in the same keycap as ` and [), typing some non-alphabetic keys inserts another ^.
For example: "^ space space space" results in "^^^^"
Same for ^ followed by backspace, enter/return, @#{} and perhaps a few others.
It stops after typing other keys, for example "^ space a" results in "^^â" and then you can type normally.
Note that in a Spanish keyboard, inserting the first ^ requires typing ^ and space).
