CMDebug 36 won't execute.

No events
No appearance in Task Manager
Just doesn't run.

Did you check your AV log to see if your AV is blocking CMDebug.exe?

I don't see anything in A/V. I had a copy that had expired and removed it.

Did you look in the Windows Event Log to see if there was a record of Windows starting / ending CMDebug? If there was a crash in a third-party injected dll there would be a record in the Event log.

Try it with 36.0.50 (uploaded earlier today), which has some fixes + workarounds for Windows systems that are missing critical components, or which are blocking DLL loading.

It seems to work. Hovering shows that it is 49 not 50 so not sure why. I haven't gone beyond opening it at this point. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have time to check it out a bit.
