Corruption of blinking full block cursor

I often see this. The full block cursor has blinked off.

In TCMD with ConPty. If I echos ^e[0 q it looks OK (when it's at the end of the input line). But if I type a character then move the cursor left (as if to insert) I'll always see it. Move the cursor to the end of the line, it's OK again.

To put it another way, I see that behavior whenever the full block cursor is on a character.

Not reproducible here.

Claude thinks you have a defective DWM. (Claude said the same thing about your white flash.)

The white flash goes away if I kill DWM. The corrupted cursor doesn't.
