deletable files

Hi All,

Just wondering which files in the package can be deleted safely.
German.dll sounds like I don't need it. Come to think of it, I've seen software that comes with a 'packing list' that tells you what each file does. Since I want to know TC in detail, such a list would be very helpful.

Pardon, packing list is there in the 'readme'.
