Fixed "Detach and Hide a Tab" doesn't seem to be hiding the TCC process.

Detaching and hiding a Tab doesn't seem to work for me. The tab detaches, but after a few seconds the TCC window pops up behind the TCMD window that it was detached from. I remember this working at one time but does seem to be working now.

That hasn't worked since v32.

Not sure it's worth keeping, since you cannot do it with ConPTY tabs. (If a ConPTY tab is detached, it is closed by Windows.)

That would explain it, I just updated from V32. I run a few process in the background and would attach them to check them and the hide them again.

I have reenabled that (non-ConPTY sessions) for v36.0.39.
