Does TCMD's /T nullify SingleInstance=No?

I have SingleInstance=No. If I execute d:\tc36\TCMD.exe twice, I get two instances of TCMD.

If I execute d:\tc36\TCMD.exe /t d:\tc35\tcc.exe twice, I get one instance of TCMD with two tabs.

How does that work?

WAD, and documented in the help:

"If there is already a Take Command session running, /T creates a new tab in the existing Take Command rather than starting a new session."

/C and /T will always use an existing TCMD session if they find one. There is no way to force a new TCMD session without doing something kludgy like create a startup tab that reads a file that contains the command you want to run.
